Our world has changed and obviously not for the better. If Scripture is our reference point, where are we now in terms of what's happening today? My current understanding is that the advent of Covid-19 is representative of the opening of the First Seal as described in the book of Revelation. Worldwide fear has allowed the first rider to go out and conquer the world without a single arrow being fired. If so, we are living in the end-times explained here:

I believe the 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 bowls, in the book of Revelation , starting in chapter 6, are Judgments from Jesus, whom our Heavenly Father has given all authority to, and these judgments will be poured out during the 7 year Tribulation, either at the beginning, or after 3 and a half years, when the Great Tribulation begins.
The first event is the breaking of the 1st seal, Rev. ch. 6:1-2, when the Antichrist will take his place on the world stage, and be revealed.
Everything after that is a combination of God's Wrath, Satan's wrath, and millions of people all over the world reacting to these natural and man made events.
Everything that is happening now, is merely a precursor and a foreshadowing of the 7 year tribulation.
Not to say, these tragic events are not evil or tragic, but, they are nothing compared to what is coming to the whole world.
We must strengthen ourselves, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, for what is soon coming, and encourage each other, to be strong in the Faith, and not be deceived or distracted or divided by Satan and his demonic spirits, who are influencing and controlling all people in all positions of power and authority, within all governments, all corporations, all media; news, entertainment, social, etc,.., and all religions.
Study yourself worthy to withstand these evil last days, by calling on the name of Jesus, sharing His gospel to everyone you know and meet, and reading His Word daily, and praying without ceasing., for the harvest is plentiful, and the workers are few, and the last days are upon us.
